When can I expect my order?

To keep our prices as low as possible for you, Toddler Nutrition ships products directly from our Hong Kong warehouse or trusted international suppliers. Delivery may therefore take a little longer than you’re used to.

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?

In most cases, orders arrive within the stated timeframe. Occasionally a parcel can be delayed. Have you waited an extra 3 working days and still not received your order? Please send an email to info@toddler-nutrition.com with your order number. We will trace it immediately and keep you updated.

I am missing some products, how is this possible?

Some orders are shipped in separate packages due to weight limits or because items come from different temperature-controlled storage areas. Don’t worry – the rest of your order is on its way! It usually arrives within 1–3 working days after the first parcel.

What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel?

We’re sorry this happened! Please contact us immediately at info@toddler-nutrition.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage (box + product)

Do not return anything yet. Our team will reply within 24 hours and arrange a free replacement or full refund – whichever you prefer.

Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind or ordered the wrong item? You have 30 days to return unopened, sealed products. Simply email info@toddler-nutrition.com with your order number and reason. We’ll guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are at your expense (except for faulty/damaged items). Full details in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
